need advice on a support center

hello, i am looking for a support desk that will send a message to my cell phone for me whenever a someone adds a new ticket or updates are made to a ticket. I am currently using a free support desk (osTicket)...are there any free ones that can do this...and if not, i would like as close to free as possible for now (but i don't want a sucky one either )

ah...thanks a lot..that makes my life much easier...i'm new to the whole emailing to cell phone thingy...so i didn't think it would be that simple

while i'm on the topic of osTicket...would you happen to know how i can make it send a message when a ticket gets updated?...right now it only does it when a new ticket is submitted.

When tiks update, it sends you a new msg
Look in your Responses, Email Alerts.
Add your contact list there and any ticket change, new, updates, etc, will go out to what you specify.

Clients can respond via email directly and login through the web interface.

    http://your.domain/ticket-install-dir/view.php

Or if they just go your ticket install default, the option should be there for New Tik submits and View Existing.
