    PerlDesk Question

    I was wondering if it's possible to disable registration in admin panel of perldesk so my customers would be able to to submit tickets without registering. If this is possible i'll be most likely buying it.

    Nope I don't believe it is. Why would you want that anyways?

    I like how kayako has it where you can just submit a ticket.

    Cerberus has this also, and have a free version. It has limits, and can be a little confusing to set up, but the price is right.

    Customers don't need to register, there a check make inside perldesk to disable that feature.

    How do we know because we use perldesk.

    Yes, it is possible. We have registration disabled so that people can e-mail us at our sales address without needing to signup which a lot of people find annoying. After that first email an account is automatically created for them so they can login to view tickets.
