vBulletin and Mulitple Notices

One of the things I had liked about vBulletin was that I only get one notice of a new post in a thread I've subscribed to, until I visit that thread again. I have noticed recently that I now get notices "everytime" a new post is made. I just got three in a row as 3 new posts were made within 3 minutes, of a thread I tracking. This has not been the first time this has happened, either.

Anyone else notice this? Is a vBulletin thing or a change made in the way WHT uses vBulletin?
