Go Daddy 6.95* what's the catch?

there site says $6.95* with a star beisde it, i can't find anything about it on there site. That little star means fine print but i don't see it on there site.

    Just $6.95!* - you save $2.00! Expires 11/30/2005!

    * Plus ICANN fee of 25 cents per domain name year. Certain TLD's only.

In reality the domain is $7.20 - They do that because $6.95 looks a lot better than $7.20, yet in reality there is little difference. It's all psychological you see.

Enter the "candy" code at checkout and you will save an additional $1, no catch.

that's the gotcha part. Godaddy make it really small so you will have to look carefully. basically they want you to eat the ICANN tax.

There are a couple more gotchas, actually. Just search the other threads (or read
some posts in my blog) and you'll find them out soon enough.
