Hi, I really need somebody's help on this, and if someone can help me, I will really appreciate it. I am using WHM with the CENtOS operating syste,. What I am trying to do is upload a backup file I created and downloaded to my hard drive, to one of the following directorys, so I can then restore the file and create the account on the server:
: /home,/usr/home,/web,/home2,/home3,/root,/usr
I have download a program called putty, and have also heard that ftp.exe from windows XP can do it as well. I just have no idea how to do this, and what commands to use. Please help me out. I have just started this webhosting, and you all know how it is to have a customer on the verge of leaving you, while all you are trying to do for hours, day and night, is fix the problem, and keep them happy.
