This has been the case for well over a week now and they WERE made aware of it on the forums. The fact that nothing was done until today (and that was just a temp down thingy) is telling enough. You think I was out of line after a week to ask if this ownership was going to bother fixing it????

No, you're not out of line to ask if the ownership is going to fix it or not...
But I really think that this could be said even if this situation was happening with Matt still in charge. That's why I didn't think that was necessary to include the world "new" in your text...

Let me put it this way. I am a little tired of reading so many complaints about HS... I am not saying that YOU, specifically, have made another complaints... But it looks that for a lot of users here, anything that goes wrong, today, is much more serious now that wht is owned by Robert.

I Dunno, as I've said, I really don't think that the word "new" in your message was so necessary (problably because I'm tired). I replied without thinking, but it wasn't aimed directly at you, just to the attitude that I saw (or think that I saw) in your post.

That´s just my opinion. I'm sorry if I offended you.

The truth is I don't know who is responsible for fixing it. Matt may still be admining the servers for all I know.

I did use the word "new" intentionally and I used it to incite a response since it has been so long. I figured I would get a reaction to post it that way. The earlier posts letting them know (not from me) seemed to make no difference...

Having said all of that, I have made NO complaint about the way HS is running the forums other than this. My complaint about www2 being down this long would have been the same no matter who the owner is. It's plain laziness. I'm actually MORE suprised that it has gone this long under the new ownership. Matt didn't have as much to lose as HS does (more invested).
