I don't recommend using dialup to host a site, bandwith is too slow, and your IP changes at every reconnection, plus you will pay more for the dialup and electricity than you would pay for a hosting account.

Dial up really is totally unsuitable to host a site on, for a start the site would only be available when you were connected to your ISP. What you will need to do is fine yourself a good host and upload your website to the space they provide you with. If it's only going to be a low traffic site you should be able to find some very affordable deals. Check out the offers section to get an idea of whats available.

As I said before dialup is totally unsuitable as it's not a permanent connection and is extremely low bandwidth. If you want a free host then take a look over at http://freewebhostingtalk.com/ That is a sister site to this one and will have all the information you need on choosing a free webhost.

Good luck

I'm not a big user of flash but I do know that macromedia have some introductory tutorials on their site. Also googling for flash tutorials should yield lots of results

It's far more better to buy a hosting package then setting up a server urself. There are too many things to take care of, such as php, apache, control panel, uptime, electricity, etc.

Sothea,

You need to purchase a dedicated server with a resonable bandwidth or colocated server from any of the providers.

Look for great deal in WHT!
