    LayeredTech Email down ?

    i,v been submitting support tickets and emails to layeredtech and i,m not getting the usual conformation email , and yesterday i signed up into there forum and until now "more than 24 hrs later" i still didnt get any email from layeredtech , i checked my email its working perfectly .

    my server has been down for 3 days now and i,m not getting a response !

    has anyone had this problem ?

    Maybe you should post on their forums? You never know it might get a broader response...

    support in layeredtech.com very fast replay less then 15min and reboot take less then 10min.

    I didn't receive confirmation e-mail also for 6 hour early ticket.
    Definitely something wrong.

    Nothing in SPAM. They will not pick up the phone for support.

    I didn't get an abuse notification that they sent me on Monday.. and it wasn't in my spam folder. *shrug*

    I've also not rec'd some ticket auto-acks - and Jeremy confirmed in another thread here that they didn't get one of my replies. Looks like there may be issues with the receiving end of things there?

    I've started cc'ing all emails to them, to myself and another, just so that I have documentation and proof that I actually did submit the ticket...should it come up later.
