    Disable Autoresponder in Kayako, V3

    Hi,

    I would like to disable the auoresponder when a ticket is posted in Kayako, V3 (esupport). Usually, an autoresponder with ticket ID will be sent to the client. In order to block it, I tried the following option

    ADMIN AREA - MAIL PARSER - MANAGE EMAIL QUEUES - editted the following options:

    Enable New Issue Autoresponder?

    Enable New Reply Autoresponder?


    I set both to NO, but still Iam receiving an autoresponder message.

    Please guide me on this.. thanks in advance

    you have to go to STAFF AREA - USERS - MANAGE GROUPS - select the group GUEST, or REGUISTERED, and you will see an option "Should Send Ticket Autoresponder", you can disable or enable this option....

    I have tried that option too, but Iam still receiving autoresponder message. Any other way to overcome this?
