I would like to disable the auoresponder when a ticket is posted in Kayako, V3 (esupport). Usually, an autoresponder with ticket ID will be sent to the client. In order to block it, I tried the following option
ADMIN AREA - MAIL PARSER - MANAGE EMAIL QUEUES - editted the following options:
Enable New Issue Autoresponder?
Enable New Reply Autoresponder?
I set both to NO, but still Iam receiving an autoresponder message.
