Since yesterday i cant reach my pages hosted at infexion.net. The site of infexion.net is down too. Dnslookup also failed.

C:\>tracert infexion.net
Unable to resolve target system name infexion.net.

When i traceroute the ip of one of their servers 199.237.53.25 it stops at

p16-0-3-3.r21.asbnva01.us.bb.verio.net

Anyone else have the same problems?

Hostpc.com hosts in the same datacentre so im reading his logs to know whats going on

I have infexion and my site was down all day yesterday. Then this morning it was back up but went down again shortly right after lunch. Really sucks because I thought they server could withstand a strong hurricane down there in FL.

Doesnt make sense to have a data centre if it cannot withstand a hurricane.

Datacenter sustained NO damage from the storm. The problem is mechancial. The pumps on the backup gens failed...not due ot the storm, but to to faulty parts as far as we can tell. Verio is another story...not sure what their problem is..bad routers maybe...who knows at this point.

The problem is everyone has to stop harping on the hosts as thereis NOTHING any of them could have done about this.

My site with Infexion has been down for two days. Their explanation? The machine was pulled offline for "spam issues". I have NO idea what that means.

Their site's up and running just fine, though.

Same here. I got an answer from support with a only link to the forum. No alternative solution, no estimated time. The server is now down for 2 days.

I understand they do everything to have the server asap online (at least i hope), but their communication skills to the customers are a bit poor.

They told me basically the same thing. Worst thing is that I paid for advertisement 2 days before it happened. Either they give me a couple months of free hosting or a payment for my advertisement becuase this is rediculous. If you guys want to talk on aim about this my aim name is kingofkickzcom

Still i cant reach my website, because the server is not online yet. Its offline for a week now. All my content is there, so i cant just move to another host. I choosed them because they said to make daily backups, so i didnt backup myself.

Almost one full week. I am not even going to check up on how much money is being lost daily. My sanity is on my ecommerce and since that's down my sanity is down. I can't even go to sleep anymore...

I didn't have any downtime until last night. Now my site's been down since 11:34, according to Host-Tracker. The infexion site is still down.

I've sent an email to their support address (support [at] infexion [dot] com), but I'm going to look for another host all the same. This is the second time there's been major downtime. If they can get it back up before I find a better host, splendid.

no service for me and it has been over 1 week now. Im told that they experienced a hard drive failure.
