TroubleShooter
Hi,
I'm adding info to my Help Desk, and I notice that there are too many Hosts with Help Desk which it have the TroubleShooter empty.
Is there any good reason to have a TS?
What info should you choose?
Think that my target is personal sites and local biz.
Thanks in advance!

TroubleShooter is pretty handy for email configuration and such.
Its up to you to decide if you want to use it, and how you will. It's Scott!

I used to have a troubleshooter on my support desk. Took a long time to set it up exactly how I wanted it, but it was a great support tool once completed.

Well..I decided to make it.
I think is very easy for the user to solve common problems, such a Email and FTP configuration.
Any help or suggestion is welcome
