Problem setting up outgoing email from my domain

I have recently bought a domain name from registerfly.com and am using the free web hosting they provided for free at the moment. It all goes very smoothly. Now I am trying to figure out how to set up incoming and outgoing email properly. The incoming mail is OK. All emails sending to my domain email are forwarded to a hotmail account.

Here's my problem: I wonder if I could reply to these messages without people realising that I'm using a hotmail account. i.e. the "From" field in my reply email is "[email protected]" instead of "[email protected]"? If I couldn't set it up with hotmail, could you please suggest other methods to achieve this?

    Thank you.

I don't know whether you can, but try to change the 'reply-to' header. That should sort it. Unless I have misunderstood of course!

Assuming you are using Outlook Express, you could do the following:

    1. Go to Tools > Accounts
    2. Select the account and click Properties
    3. In the 'E-mail address:' and 'Reply address:' fields, enter the email address you would like to have displayed.

This should do what you're looking for.
