I would place "Welcome to my-board.com" right under the navigation bar as it seems to be of more importance to your new visitors than "Forum Stats".

Besides, I would also remove those categories from your directory which has no forums inside.

    Forum Directory Graphics & Design
No forums found in this category
    Forum Directory Outdoors & Nature
No forums found in this category
    Forum Directory Macintosh
No forums found in this category
    It sounds really disappointing.

Or you can separate these categories so to let people know that such categories are available but have no forums inside.

the gray table where the navigation bar sits on ....reduce that in height, it will look better. Other than that I would go with a blue font throughout the page rather than pink. ... that's if you plannin on getting some male signups.

I like the colors just as it is actually.
You may want to add some color to directory listings. It is too gray.
Good and simple design. Clear fonts.
    Good job overall.
    Closed for winter...

understand what you say about Forum Directory.

Im a designer, know very little about coding and i didnt know how to edit, modify the php script, basically i made the design and copied the php in the little bits i did edit where very long process's which would prolly take normal people mins

I will try and check it out, thanks.
