20,000 square feet in NJ/Philly
We have a client looking for 20 sq ft of raw data center space in the NJ/Philly area. Does anyone know of any decent space for rent, lease, etc?
Thanks in Advance

that's a very big difference--20 sq ft could be easily done at most DCs, especially in Jersey. 20,000, on the other hand, would be much harder to come by.

Hey most likly ment to say 20k sq feet. I doubt it would be worth posting for only 20 sq feet, or worth having for that matter.

20,000SQFT seems like you need to buy/lease/build out your own DC. That is allot of space to just contract someone to use.

I believe there are two sections of 401 n broad st. that are available. They were built out by two companies who have since gone out of business. Not sure who to contact about it though.
