resellerzoom question

Hello,

I'm looking closely at resellerzoom because I want to get into host reselling and their price is amazing. There's just one thing I don't get.

What is the namerserver add-on in the $5 a month plan? The next plan that is at $25 a month has a nameserver add-on for "Your Clients." What's the difference between the two?

I'm a complete newbie - I don't get it... pls. help

Seems like their $5 plan doesnt include private nameservers and their $25 plan includes that feature. Nameservers are used by your customers to point to your hosting etc.

I suggest you contact them more info on that.

Good luck.

I was going to email them like I suggest you do, but since there is a post here pardon me for asking my own question.

What's the difference between selecting:

Transfer My Existing Domain
I will use My Existing Domain and update My Nameservers only.

Thanks

Transfer My Existing Domain would be to transfer your already registered domain name from another registrar to them.

I will use My Existing Domain and update My Nameservers only would be to use your existing domain registrar's user control panel to update your nameservers to point to your new hosting account.

That's what it should be, by the sound of it.

howardroark,
Take a look at this thread and it will answer your questions about the difference in plans. At least the major difference http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...hreadid=452567

I have a question about resellerzoom, anyone know if they offer some free templates like hostgator does?

Resellerzoom does not offer free templates, but they do offer Sitestudio for a small fee. Might want to check their detailed offerings.

Th3Boss, there are plenty of cheap templates out there. ~$50 is really a very small amount to pay for "building" the store that drives your business. If that's still too much of a strain on your budget, there are plenty of free templates out there, though most of them might be a bit too simple for what you need to do with them. Keep in mind that being a host doesn't mean you have to put the image of a server on your front page.
