    Question is there any more need for helpdesk software?

    since kayako 3 come out...is there any room for another helpdesk software? if not...what area do you think we still need a better software? i know control panel for linux is probably full...how about billing? is there any room for billing since modernbill pretty much take up all the billing software market.

    I've heard of two companys. Kayako, and cerebus. By far, Kayako is a lot better. For billing, WHMAuto.pilot is the best, with V3 coming, i can't wait. Mb is too buggy.
