These guys charged us around $400 in charges for support tickets that were submitted to correct their incorrect installations (wrong OS installed, FP extensions, CGI). We also had a hard drive failure and horrible customer service throughout. I called 3 times to tell them that FP extensions were not working right after the install and they charged us $15 each time without notification. They reversed the charges eventually but we will never go back.

This is a staff problem. Good staf are not easy to find or are, expensive!
