Their domain has been registered since June 2002. While this does not directly say how good or bad the company is, it does tell you they have been in business for awhile.

The appear to have live chat and 24x7 toll-free customer support. If I were in your shoes I would probably test both forms of support at different hours and see how fast they respond.

Hi,

I filled in a webhost request form here and they responded. I spoke with them on the phone and tell them all my criterias and they came up with a plan to match my needs. We talked 3 times over the span of 3 hours on the same day. Really satisfy with their customer service and what they have to offer. I also ping them and got fast response times. I haven't heard about them before and the search on google does return good reviews. But just want to hear some real life experiences since it's an important decision. Much thanks!
