    Mysql clean up

Well.. since mysql is using aroung 52 gigs out of my 80 gig hard drive, I'm deciding to actually clean it up without deleting the database (perhaps old things that mysql will never use again). Does anyone know what to delete and what not to delete?

    Thanks

Optimizing the tables and thus clearing out obsolete entries in the indexes may be a good place to start.
