    What do you want from a Web site host?

    Hi all!

    I've started this poll to see what Web hosting endusers actually want from their Web site hosts. Please feel free to take part in the poll and post your deeper thoughts as replies!

    That would have been a good one...I guess I didn't include it, though, because I really wanted to narrow down to find out exactly which individual features clients want more. If I had included the 'all of the above' option, I imagine the majority of folks would have chosen that one, rendering the research useless. By not offering that option, I and other Web site hosts can see the features that matter more than others for potential clients, and better tailor our services to those needs.

    So I guess that's why it doesn't show up. A very good question though! And I'm sure other folks were wondering the same thing.

    If I were to put myself in the customers shoes I would imagine the most important things would be customer support and uptime.

    As far as price is concerned, I think "more reasonable pricing" is a better way to put it. From a customers perspective, I think they would feel more confident in purchasing from a company who prices there service so they can still make a profit.
