    cpanel backup problem

    when i try to backup my home directory using the cpanel backup feature it downloads a file 0 kb same goes for when i try to download the mysql backup. does anyone know what's going on or how i can fix this? the full backup works, but i can't use the restore feature with the full backup.

    if you just user on cpanel hosting you can;t fix this. regarding resroting full backup - cpanel not offer this yet. your full backup might be restored by server admin. also you may restore it manually, but this will many hand made work.

    if i keep downloading a 0 kb file does that mean my host disabled backup?

    No, it means there's a problem with the server. You need to contact your host; only they can resolve this issue.
