Tuesday I got a 3000cn color laser in. Set it up, everything went smoothly, then when I did some test prints I noticed it came out crooked. Called up support, spent an hour and a half on hold, and they determined they would ship me a new printer. So it came today, I set everything up, and lo and behold it's crooked again. When going from left to right, the top left of the page is about an eight of an inch higher than the top right. Not terrible, but just enough to be noticable.
There's no nicks or dents on the paper to indicate jamming. I've tried the MPF at different "snugness" levels, and I've tried different brands and kinds of paper, and it's all crooked. Anyone have any ideas before I ship both of these printers back to dell and get my money back?
