Dear Frzzman!
I has been hosted with ecommercediscovery almost a year and has been host with many other host company and in my experiences ecommercediscovery is very good for quality services; mostly I deal with Josh(freeva I guess) and he very nice guy! they responsed to my email mostly less than 15 minutes and alway has fully answered even you will find some posts negative about this company but to me every host company always has down time
I will has thumb up for ecommercediscovery not because I am currently host with them but because of their quality services

Same here, very satisfied with all aspects of service provided by ecommercediscovery, great and friendly, quick support when needed, good uptime, and reliable and fast servers, been with them since August, and I couldn't ask for more :-)

I have only heard good things about Ecommercediscovery. You should be quite happy with them, I have had many discussions with Josh and he is quite knowledgable

I had 99.9% uptime apart from upgrades, since I have been with them (from August - now) , but this week there has been quite a few problems, which is very unlike ecommercediscovery.

To me every host seem to has problems so what it making different if you move from this host to another just like we jump from this hot bowl soup to another one? at least they try to take care the problem

just a thought

U might need to ask again about daily backup. As far as i know, host do (or claim to do) backups daily just for restoring the whole server in case there's a fire or something disastrous. That means you have to backup the site yourself, not the host.

Hello

I have been with them for about a year and they are very good.

They have two kind of services. A cheaper Cognet bandwidth plans on HSphere at about ($0.7-$1.0/Gig) and a quality service with WHM/CPanel at burst.net ($2-$2.5/Gig).

Josh is great and I think you will be happy with them.

Mac

I never ask for the back up option when I sign up but far I know since I been with them that they move my site few times but all data never lost but I alway backup the site by myself just incase
