Question

How do I add new domain with Clientexec?

Dear users of Clientexec,

Im new to Clientexec and am trying to add existing customer base and its account information to the software. However, I could only add client and "hosting package" right now. But, I could not go in and further define what domain/username/password/server of the hosting package.

Please help.

Simply view the client's profile, then on the right is a list of currently assigned packages eg. CE89 xxxx***********, just click the package name and edit the details you need to...

Okay.. So I view the customer's profile, and on the right. I see this screen. (I click on CE4 under reference of the package name.)

Then I see this second screen.
Can you please help me to see where I can add the individual domain name and other associated info?

*

I ran a try out test payment to test out the signup.php. However, I did not run into a place for me to enter domain name, username and password requested from start to finish.

Am I missing something very obvious here? (The option "Check Domain Availability" is set to be yes.)

thanks

Clientexec offers a FAQ at : http://www.clientexec.com/kb/

Or contact ClientExec directly.

Hope this helps,

Thank you Fangled. The questions I posted here are not listed in their FAQ though. Perhaps these are way too basic.

Exclamation skipped domain checking step

When comparing my signup.php with other host's Clientexec signup page.

Others:

1. Package selection page.
2. Domain checking page. (picture attached)

Mine:
1. Package selection page.
2. Domain checking page. <--- Skipped
3. Billing method/Account information

Mine signup.php skips the domain checking page. Did I miss some obvious configuration?

Thank you!

As far as i understand you right, i think you have missed out the domain page on the packages bit.

You need to select that if thats done, then i recommend you Re-upload all your files. And do a reinstall

thank you!

After selecting the option as instructed by Fangled. I'm able to add domain name to the client now. The signup page also prompt the user to check availability of the domain. That's great!

I like to thank chhosting for his kind offer as well.

calnet
