I want something like ipanel (http://www.ihostdev.com/ipanel.html) that will force ad's (http://apple.hostinghut.us/postinfo.html) at the header of all pages etc, or something even configurable as to its location, as long as it forces the ad's onto the page.

After quite a bit of research I have turned up very little.
I suppose short of hiring a designer or someone similiar to do it - I thought I would post here and ask if anyone has seen anything, Whether its free or not doesn't matter to me (As long as its intelligently priced that is)

What webserver are you using? you can use mod_layout with apache to do this.
