condolences to his family and friends - very sad news to lose a member here. very sad to also lose someone so young who - after some reading - obviously contributed a lot to the online community.

Wow. Makes me so sad to read about this.

A 26 year old guy dies because some lowlife druggie arbitrarily decides to run into some pedestrians. Based on that CNN report, he wasn't even being pursued by police. So he ran off the road into those people for no reason whatsoever.

Mark, RIP. To Mark's family and friends, my heartfelt condolences.

This is more sad commentary on the evils people are capable of commiting. Rest in peace Mark.

This is very sad... I had the feeling when I saw the original CNN story that more people would die later at hospitals in the area, but I never thought I would have any connection to them whatsoever. While I don't really have a direct connection to Mark, I know him and what he did indirectly and feel very bad about this.

    This is really sad

We post so many articles on WHT and it all seems so different when it 'hit's home.'

Rest in Peace Mark and condolences to his family / friends.

I never knew the guy and its sad indeed i've always wondered if I were to die would members of the community even know it or would there ever be a thread about me in the lounge? I don't know if i'm the only member whom has thought of it before but it has crossed my mind.

suggestion: can the mods sticky this thread for a week out of respect for the indivdual since he was a member of the community?

Yes you put just like I would. It is sad to see a person taken like this. It just shows no matter what you can be taken away .

    Also on CNN.com it says

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (AP) -- The driver of a stolen car who authorities say deliberately plowed into pedestrians on the Las Vegas Strip, killing two and injuring a dozen others, will face charges of murder and attempted murder.
What a sick freak. Oh and he did try and kill his own mother with the car before .
