http://dag.wieers.com/packages/clamav/?D=A
download to a dir
clamav-0.87-1.0.rh7.rf.i386.rpm
clamav-db-0.87-1.0.rh7.rf.i386.rpm
clamd-0.87-1.0.rh7.rf.i386.rpm
clamav-devel-0.87-1.0.rh7.rf.i386.rpm
and run
rpm -uvh clam*.rpm
this will install(update) it on your computer
after that run freshclam
then check the ver and see if its been updated.

it's a linux server.
if i do rpm -qa | grep clamav nothing appears installed
if i download a tar version and upload it to the server that will be a good idea or a bad one?.
If i upgrade to version 0.87 the zip files will be scanned or i must touch someting else?.
Thanks.

its its if you can install it from the source. (rpm is much simpler)
redhat 7 dont come with clamav so i dont think it will show up in the rpm search, unless im mistaken.
once you upgrade (rpm is better - it will not work if any thing is missing, and you will not lose any thing)
check in the /etc/clamd.conf
ScanArchive is uncommented (#) but its by default enabeled
but you may need to enabel the "ScanRAR"
