If your focus is to be a gaming portal, then that's pretty neat. It's a good clean design, though I think the top portions are more well thought out than the content boxes below. The spacing width-wise vs. height wise is off by several pixels, whether intentional or not they should match up throughout the page. It's nice to see a clean game site; I feel like too many people are of the opinion that gamers like dark backgrounds with flashy metal borders and huge banners using video game footage for backdrops.

I do have some problems with content, though. I don't know how important drug abuse and television are for a games search engine. Rather than fill up space "just to fill it up," reduce the content and spread it out. Oh yeah, I'm not a fan of having so much room taken up by sponsors. The one ad (download movies) by itself is overpowering all of your "browse this" links above.
