Hi Mike,

How much for extra 1GB of RAM?
Billing date is anniversary or prorated (to which day)?
Payment methods?
Control panel for managing our account/invoices/reboots, or just asking to support via email?

Hi Rafael-

I can run an extra GIG of RAM on these boxes for $30/mo. (normally $40/mo.)

We're flexible on billing dates. Typically it's the anniversary date, however we can work with you if you'd prefer a specific date.

We prefer credit cards (AmEx / Visa / MasterCard / Discover), however can take other payment methods in some situations.

Support is via helpdesk, phone or e-mail. Invoicing is online and we provide an APC reboot port which has a web interface for reboots.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Mike,

In fact, yes. Is it possible to have DRAC interface? If yes, how much (one-time or monthly)?

And the last: costs for firewalling? And hubbing more than one box altogether for an internal network separate from the public inet?

Hi Rafael-

These systems do not support the DRAC cards, so that is not an option on these boxes.

We run basic firewalling at the network level. If you need anything more advanced, please let me know and we can discuss options.

You can also contact me offlist regarding running your own switch to keep server > server traffic off our network.
