Form Hogging IPs disclosed
Iast few days i have had a gizzillion hits from the following IPs
with crawlers trying to send juck data to our forms.
I recent posted a fix for it and as result collected the following IPs.

Where's the fix?
I've been experiencing something similar across a few of my servers and clients sites getting hit with junk form entries.

The best approach is to ban the IPs for a few days and then delete the bans, rather than banning those IPs permanently. That IP list will be out of date in days and you'll then be wasting your energy banning old IPs.

Better idea could be to ban whole subnets - in case if that's dynamic ip pool users.
