Problem with Registerfly

My English is not good; excuse me for my poor grammar.
Hope all of yours can understand my poor English expression and give me some suggestions. Many Thanks indeed.

Here are the details:

On July, I purchased an .info domain name from registerfly.com

On Aug 03, when I logged in, it said my account has been suspended and contact call number. The message is as follows: "Account suspended 08/03 Please call 973-736-xxxx ext 125 for verification" I wasn't living in US so this isn't possible. If I call their number, the charge of international phone call from my country to US is more expensive than the registration frees (USD $4). So, I decided to send E-mail to risk department.

On Aug 04, registerfly replied quickly that I have to provide Credit Card Statement, Front and Back of card and full name for purchase verification. I didn't feel safe sending card statement via internet. Then I gave the bank a call. The bank suggested that I should not disclose all of the credit card information (esp. the last four digits on the back of credit card) on internet. And they suggested I should send an transaction record for verification.

On Aug 05, sent a copy of transaction record to risk@registerflysupport.com and customer service department. including registerfly's transaction record, FULL name, and credit card number.

On Aug 09, customer service department said they forwarded the issue to risk department.

On Aug 16, I received the bank statement which noticed the domain Transaction was NOT complete successfully and USD$4 is given back to me. But registerfly didn¡¦t notice me about the issue.

On Aug 16, E-mail to their risk department and customer service department about the situation and asked registerfly if they can provide some suggestion on how to get back the domain name. And I suggest that I can pay the registration fees by other method such as paypal.

On Aug 17, their "rapid response, customer department" replied that "Hello Can we have statement of card send again to us and risk@registerflysupport.com
Thank you Registerfly.com INC ICANN Accredited Registrar"

On Aug 18, I really like the domain name very much. So, I sent the copy of card statement (with FULL name & credit card number & valid date) to risk department by E-mail.

On Aug 28, I still haven't got any response from their risk department, so I sent all documents to their risk department and Customer services department by E-mail.

Until NOW Sep 15, THEY still haven't reply me.

I purchased two domain names at same period of time in July, using same credit card, One from registerfly, one from XXXXX. The domain name registered from XXXXX working very well without any registration problem.

I understand registerfly have to check whether I am the cardholder.
I even provided all credit card information (card statement & name & credit card number & valid date), they still haven't reply me....

I really want to get back the domain name.

Is there anything I can do?

Please help. Thank you very much in advance.

If a company asks a copy of front + back of card & statement, then send it to them but blank out any info they dont need, such as the last 4 digits.

I usually request that customers block the middle eight digits when sending us credit card information. If I find in the process of investigating their account I need the middle eight digits for verification I call them so they don't have to send them by email.
