Running cgi from another server.

I have two servers one is win2k3/IIS 6.0(web server) and other RedHat 9.0(my mail server). Both servers are behind NAT.

I have a mailling list software that is running on mail server which i want to make available to people through web server.
How can i display or include pages from that mail server on the webserver without people being redirected to that server? I'm thinking of accessing mailserver thrugh web server. Is it possible ?
