Client Exec And Late Payments

How does Client Exec handle late payments? Does it notify me, can I have it apply late fees, etc?

Have you checked there website documentation? That might give you the best answer. I am sure others will chime in as well here, but it might not hurt to give the documentation a read as well.

In short, no. ClientExec has no late payment notifications or automatic late fees (yet).

You can view all unpaid invoices via the CE desktop or use one of the reports. You can then create a manual invoice for the late fees and apply it to the proper domain, etc.

ClientExec doesn't have a notification where it automatically sends an email. But when you log into CE, the main page displays overdue payments. Makes it very easy to keep track of late payments.

Not sure about the rest, but ClientExce always Emails me a week before my payment is due. Then I get an Email stating, that if I don't pay my bill.. they will terminate the license within 5 days, and possibly charge for it to be re-actived.

Hi Realtor

That just how your host has CE set up they have edited the email to say that and to send 7 days before

Hi Myname

I think someone was working on a module to resend overdue invoices but can't remember what became of it

Our Accounts dept resneds invoices manually the day before they are due (for non automated payments) then again the day after

Simple process of just ticking the boxes next to the invoices in question and hitting send invoice
