I have 1 more client that I need a host for. Right now I host them and I have WHM/cPanel. They don't want to lose their website files or webmail accounts. I need a host with these specs:

-Under $50/year
-Very reliable
-Atleast 200mb of disk space
-WHM/cPanel Access (so I can backup and import settings)

That's pretty much everything that I need in a new host. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Probably won't find that, because to get WHM you need a reseller account. Still, try using the HostQuote feature and check out the offers forum, maybe someone has what you're looking for

It looks to me like his customer doesn't actually need WHM, and Cpanel access should be enough.
