You should ask them directly for such information.
If they refuse to give that out, I think it's safe to assume 10mbit.

Thanks netmar for your advice.

No I am not asking if it is 10 or 100mbits

I am requesting those who are kind enough to share their experience to mention if they are on 10mbits or 100mbits.

I believe most of these offers would be great initially until their line got congested, unless they keep adding bandwidth to meet the demand. Are you expecting for real quality or just quantity? I bet it would be good enough if it's the latter.

Looking for quantity and not expecting dedicated bandwidth,
as long as they allow us to burst.

Seeking experiences from current users.

efarmer-

If they allow you to BurstNET (pun intended ) beyond 10megs, are you willing to pay overage fees if you exceed your 10meg plan? Just curious since I'm still trying to understand how other companies handle unmetered packages... Thanks!

Real unmetered service is going to allow you to send traffic at the port speed (10M or 100M) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without incurring additional charges. If you get any overage charges for unmetered service then you have a case of provider false advertising.

No we do not intend to burst beyond what we subscribe to. i.e. if we subscribe to 10mbps we do not intend to burst beyond that.

Than just ask them.. you'll probably get a much faster response, rather than pointless replys which is something you aren't interested in.

Cheers

But I am seeking experiences of Nocster's customers not the providers.

Did I not express myself correctly in my beginning post?

I had to look pretty hard, but I found this information on the front page for the unmetered servers:

10MBPS UNMETERED DETAILS
Each 10MBPS UNMETERED server is connected to a Full-Duplex 10MBPS switch port, which is connected to a bandwidth pool shared by all 10MBPS UNMETERED clientele. 10MBPS UNMETERED servers on average can transfer between 2000GB-3000GB per month in both outbound and inbound directions. The 10MBPS bandwidth allocation is not guaranteed/dedicated, and is supplied on a "best-effort" basis---which may result in some slowdowns during peak traffic times.
NO OVERAGE FEES REGARDLESS OF USAGE.

100MBPS UNMETERED DETAILS
Each 100MBPS UNMETERED server is connected to a Full-Duplex 10/100MBPS switch port, which is connected to a bandwidth pool shared by all 100MBPS UNMETERED clientele. 100MBPS UNMETERED servers on average can transfer between 3000GB-5000GB per month outbound and 15000GB-20000GB inbound. The 100MBPS bandwidth allocation is not guaranteed/dedicated, and is supplied on a "best-effort" basis---which may result in some slowdowns during peak traffic times.
NO OVERAGE FEES REGARDLESS OF USAGE

His first post asks whether they are 10 or 100mb. I answered this question.
