Passwords Stolen via Phishing
A user used phishing techniques to compromise security, and steal vBulletin passwords.
Any idea what to do about this? Is there any sort of legal action we can take? We do know who did it...

I would ask over at The Admin Zone - I am sure some peope there have had this happen.
You would need the IP address of the user, the time, date - I would imagine. Depending on the case, the DA might be hardpressed to press charges but you might be able to do something civilly - if you wanted to persue it
