im looking for a script to offer free webspace (hosting) can anyone point me in the right direction on where i can get a script to do this...

The script has to have the feature to add ads on the members sites also the option to remove ads for paid accounts.

I have a script I wrote to automatically create hosting accounts under cPanel. I could provide it freely if you wish. It doesn't do automated billing, but you can redirect clients to a special URL if you plan on offering a paid-subscription.
