With mysql you can use this command, note it only works with files properly dumped from mysql.

Code:
mysql -uUSER -pPASSWORD DATABASENAME < FILE.SQL

that means your dump got some errors..

First Use mysql utility to clear errors from your table.. if you are using PHPMyadmin then there are very good tools to do that.. and then take backup and then restore..

go to your PHPMYAdmin and then select your desired table.. and then choose Operations..

you will see following options there

Table maintenance
Check table
Analyze table
Repair table
Optimize table
Flush the table

click on repair table.. you can also use other features to optimize as well as check your table too.. according to your requirement..

when it will say your table is repaired.. then take backup from use and then do the same procedure to restore your table again..

if face any problem.. let me know..
