Hello,

I am looking to make a website where people can come and enter reviews about pho (noodle) houses from around the world. I want it so that people can enter the city, name of the restaurant, a rating, and a comment. Also, people can come and select, using a pulldown menu, a specific noodle house and view the average rating and read the comments.

However, I'm nearly useless when it comes to website building. Can somebody PLEASE give me a template to work with? Thanks so much.

You'll need a database and a server-side script to do this if you want users to be able to add things to the site.

You could look up some simple php tutorials on database interaction, or you could try downloading a premade script. Maybe a template system like PostNuke would help.

PhpNuke has a thing where it can people can sumbit articles and news. It could be pretty useful!
