When registerring a domain name. what are the: registrant, administrative, technical, billing contact details for? should we put the billing contact as the person who paid for the domain?
I bought a domain name for a family relative using his credit card. Im in charge of developing his website. So he trusts that i keep his domain under my name and make sure its registerred as appropriate throughout the whole year. Does this mean i still should put his contact details instead of mine?
Can use his credit card and use my billing address. i.e. if there are any additional costs, a bill will be sent to my home. I ask for his credit card explaining what the costs are and pay for it with his card? is this valid?
Im thinking of just putting my contact details in the registrant, administrative, technical, billing sections.
Is it ok to provide my details in all fields for now and then maybe change them later as appropriate?
