mySQL server blocking some IP's

Hello! (First post... YAY!)

I run a gaming community and I control my game admins' access using a mod called AMXBans. I also control paid reserved slots to my gameservers using this. I currently have about 450 admins and paid reserved slot holders.

AMXBans requires a mySQL database. The host I was using for the mySQL DB could not handle the size the of that database anymore. It took 2 minutes for the DB to spit out anything. So I went to find a new host with more powerful machines that could handle the growing size of my database.

I stumbled upon Panelhosting.com and liked their prices and the machine specifications (I also had previous hosting with them a fe years back). So I signed up for a hosting package and started migrating my database over to Panelhosting.

After it was all setup, I discovered only my Texas gameserver's IP was allowed to login to the database. My other gameservers (2 x NYC, CHI, CA) were not logging in for some reason. All the gameservers have the EXACT same install of the AMXBans mod, the only difference is their location. I figure the Texas server is allowed to login since Panelhosting.com and my TX gameserver are probably in the same datacenter.

Can anyone give me a list of webhosts that have POWERFUL MACHINES and mySQL servers that allow easy outside access with no IP filtering?

Much appreciated!
