emails not working at worldwebhosters.com
Hello all,
Well, i shouldn't have signed with them. I'm using their reseller account since 1 year i think. Sometime the web server was down a couple of hours, but the email works.
But now... emails are not working on 3 of my domain i have with them (as a reseller account). All emails bounce back after a while...
I send them 1 email per day since it is down, since the 25th of July, and still NO ANSWER from them !
You pay 5$ per month, since 1 year, and they do now bother to answer, what a POOR service. This is like stealing money if you ask me!
I'll keep you posted, but i DON'T recommand them to anyone.

Well considering there pricing it isn't a huge surprise. I did a whois search on there domain and of course it had whois protection enabled so that was no help.
Have they ever given you an emergency phone number to call or anything like that?
Make sure to try every support method you have available to you, if you are just using one method it could be that method is having a problem.

They have only 2 kind of method available to reach them. By a web form on their web site (witch i used the first time) and by email. So i send my emails to three of their email, even billing, and they do not bother to answer. It's like that i'm not important to them.

Hope they get back to you soon. I would suggest if everything starts working to be sure to do backups.

I would have to agree with Lubby, as soon as all is operational carry out a site backup and database backup.
If you continue to encounter issues with the host and they are not responding to any of your support requests, look for another host.

Toaster, you may want to go with someone more reliable now. There are lots of reputable webhosts, which you can search for at WHT. Its best to go with the well known ones, since you know how they deal with their clients for one thing.

If you think.. If you say emails don't work..
If they are on the same server.. then, Maybe they aren't even receiving them!

Hi guys,
Well.. it is true that i don't have backup yet, i finally received a reply back after 2 weeks. Because i did send a mail of complain to their own provider.
They told me that they send me a lot of email... i can't buy that, they have my isp email address, and they didn't have a single glitch since 2 weeks! They are lying in front of my face.
I still cannot access FTP and my EMAILS.... unbelievable. I ask them to fix the problem, if they can't, just cancel my account. They "offered" me to cancel the account if i'm not please! Wow...i just asked them to fix it for now.
I'll keep you guys posted...

I guess this is a good sign for you to start looking for a new hosting provider and relocate as soon as possible.
