The website includes all the php scripts, MySQL table schema and directory structure. I will modify the php code to work with whatever SMS gateway that you choose. The SMS gateway account is not included. Also if you would need any other work done to the site other then adapting the site to a new SMS gateway I can do this for you at a fee.
I bought the domain thinking I was going to have the time and the patience to run it. I do not have the time nor the patience to run any website I have enough with my regular job.
