I can't use my ftp software. I asked my hosting company about it, and they said i have to be using "passive mode" which i've selected. But i can't get access any of my accounts

it says "data socket error, no route to host"

    any help would be great

Yes, can you see your domain by web? If you recently made changes to the DNS it will take time to propagate (up to 48 hours).

If your running a fire wall, you might want to set permissions to allow your ftp to access the internet.

if your host provider use firewall on his server, you may have a trouble.
are you can't connect to ftp server at all, or you get message about incorrect user/password or you can't list your sites folders?
PS. I am not a fanat of Flash XP software and always recommend to our customers us CuteFTP or Filezilla.
