Once upon a time I was looking for a call center service and was referred to this company. After visiting their website and reading all the other services they ostensibly provide I was eager to call and learn more. Upon speaking with one of the representatives I came away with the distinct feeling that my questions were being evaded, that the company was trying to "discourage" me from using their services and also perhaps that this company "cherry picks" its customers.
Just so it's known, my website sells fine artwork, and has done so for several years (successfully) so nothing scandelous or risky here.
Now I see several others on here praising Netbillings services and I wonder if they are affiliates, because I just did not get the sense that that the company was customer oriented, service oriented, or other wise receptive when I contacted them.
In regards to cherry picking clients, the company can operate as it chooses, but such information should be relayed on the website so peoples' time won't be wasted contacting them
So for anyone using NetBilling successfully, what is the inside scoop? Did you just persist beyond the first phone call? Or did you sign up earlier in the company's history? Maybe there's been a policy change since then...I'm just curious.
Well they do work a lot in the adult industry that I do know. Not too sure if they just started working in that industry as a need since some gateways (like authorize.net) will not support that type of industry
