Maybe you should post more information when asking for offers.
We have no idea how many hits any site gets and therefore how to formulate an offer. We have no idea how what range you are looking for.
$xx, $xxx or $x,xxx for any of the sites. Maybe you could offer some more information about the developed sites? Why always the fighting?

Yessir!
I let it go up to 3 per week at the beginning.... wound up with around 3000 MP3's after the first week! hehe... bad move
So now I limit it. You can keep a song up there as long as you like, as long as you re-upload it every week.
It's crude, yet effective
People will pay $4.99/mo just for the easy, and peace of mind of their songs being safe
