If the above doesn't work, go into their Live Chat and ask why nobody is responding to your tickets. Don't leave until you get an answer that satisfies you.
If you've been trying all week and the two things above don't work, it might be time to contact your CC (I assume you didn't pay with PayPal since that's easy to cancel), and ask them to stop payments.
