    dnsreport

I am setting up a cPanel server that hosts multiple domains and when I do a dnsreport on the domains I get the following fail entries:

    Missing (stealth) nameservers
    Missing nameservers 2
    Stealth NS record leakage
Reverse DNS entries for MX records

Our 2nd nameserver is there and the domains are pointed to it. I dont understand the 2nd error. Does anyone have any ideas on solving any of these issues? Thanks

Did you register the nameserver with your registrar?

The 2nd error is due to the A Entry not being setup locally on the server.

A stealth nameserver is a nameserver for which you have a NS record in the domain, but parent (TLD) does not know about it. To fix it you should go to your registrar and make sure your NS records match name servers specified there.

Thanks for the help, I will try those now. All the domains still work but on a dns report, I get errors.
