I have 192 City Based Domains - Many are ranked in Google and Yahoo in top 10 positions already.
The names are based on the town of Murfreesboro, TN. The town has an estimated of 75,000 people, and a state college that brings in around 22,000 every year.
Here are some facts about the county:
# "Ranked first in the U.S. for new job growth." - Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics
# Third fastest growing county in Tennessee with a population of more than 200,000 people.
# One of the top 75 fastest growing counties in U.S.
# Middle Tennessee State University is the largest undergraduate university in Tennessee with more than 22,000 students.
# Majority of the population between 20 and 54 years of age.
# More than 35,000 workers per day leaving to work in neighboring counties.
# Within a day's drive of 75% of the nation's markets and only minutes from 3 major interstates.
# Great air service through Murfreesboro, Smyrna and Nashville International airports.
# Lower cost of living with unparalleled quality of life.
a couple of the names have mis-spellings, but are ranked based on the correct spellings. I purchased these for SEO sales, but my hosting and design business keep me too busy to work on selling these.
Some examples of rankings:
murfreesborojewelery.com --> murfreesboro jewelery #1 Ranked in Google and Yahoo
murfreesborocellphones.com --> murfreesboro cell phones #2 in Google, #4 in Yahoo
There are many more examples of these, these are just the 2 I knew right off, from talking to a few design clients recently.
I am selling all these as a group. Do not ask me to split. Bidding will start at $4000.00 which is just under $21 a name. Please send all bids to: tony at nwdinc dot net. Bidding will last til August 15, 2005.
Its a great opp for someone that has the time to market it. I started out with 210 domain names. I was going after select markets at a time, and the names sold real easy for $30 - 40 to businesses wanting high rankings. I just dont have the time to market right now and dont see a time in sight.
By the way these do expire in Oct, and I will be renewing if they do not sale. I worked too hard getting these ranked to let them just die. If I renew, they wont be for sale, I will just hang on to them until I have the time to market.
