I was seriousley ready to sign up, until your livechat scared me off. that makes 4 outa 5 server "companies" I have contacted tonite who used terrible english.

Re Plan 10MBPS $99.00
I am very happy with the plan as I see it and it looks like you have a new customer in the next two weeks, but I do have a couple of questions.
Do you offer any plans over 10mbps as in the future I may need to upgrade to 20mbps or even 50mbps and would like that option.
If so what would the charges be for the bandwidth and service fee for the upgrade to the higher speed?
